Diomerys Dayar is the Human Resources Manager at Security World and a management professional with experience in managerial positions and in managing processes related to high-pressure operations.
Before joining Security World, she gained much of her experience at Sireca, a company involved in the oil sector and the development of projects related to infrastructure and electrical substations. As part of the Marketing and Procurement Department, she participated in managing requirements for oil and electric utility companies within an operation that required the coordination of personnel, suppliers, materials, inventory, procurement, and administrative processes.
This experience in an industrial setting allowed him to develop a perspective that is particularly valuable to Security World: the understanding that behind every efficient operation there must be an administrative structure capable of ensuring adequate staffing, documentation, resources, and continuity.
He currently leads Human Resources at Security World, with responsibility for processes ranging from staff recruitment and onboarding to the administration and monitoring of employment relationships. His role also includes payroll management and administrative processes related to the organization’s staff.
His previous experience in administration, procurement, and industrial settings provides Security World with a perspective that goes beyond traditional Human Resources management. In his role, he ensures that the human and administrative aspects align with the needs of an organization whose operations depend on the availability, organization, and proper management of its staff.
